There is no refund of registration funds as
such monies are utilized for expenses of the conference and rental of the
Conference room. Please be certain before submitting this form along with your
funds that you intend to be present.
Conference badges will be ready for retrieval
on Tuesday 30th July, 2013
and Wednesday 31st July, 2013
between the hours of 11 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Entrance will not be permitted without your badge.
Registration Forms must be submitted on Wednesday, 17th July and Wednesday, 24th July, 2013 between
the hours of 12 – 3 pm.
